Penguatan Literasi Politik Generasi Muda dalam Kebijakan Publik Digital

Transformasi digital telah merekonfigurasi komunikasi politik dan kebijakan publik melalui ruang digital yang terbuka, namun rentan terhadap disinformasi. Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada meningkatnya kerentanan generasi muda terhadap manipulasi informasi serta pentingnya penguatan literasi politik dalam kebijakan publik digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis konstruksi normatif kebijakan publik digital dan merumuskan model kebijakan ideal dalam menghadapi disinformasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan normatif-kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan dan analisis dokumen kebijakan, peraturan perundang-undangan, serta literatur ilmiah terkait literasi politik dan digital governance. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi literasi digital, media, dan kewarganegaraan, pendekatan partisipatif, transparansi algoritma, serta perlindungan data menjadi elemen kunci kebijakan. Disimpulkan bahwa kebijakan publik digital harus berbasis pemberdayaan, inklusif, dan deliberatif dengan menempatkan generasi muda sebagai subjek kebijakan dalam ekosistem demokrasi digital yang berkelanjutan dan adaptif.
